Marc Hendrikse is chairman of the Topsector High Tech Systems and Materials (HTSM). Since the start of the governmental Topsector policy in 2011, he was appointed member of the Topteam by the minister of Economic Affairs. In 2017 he became the chairman.

In his 35-year career Marc Hendrikse has gained broad experience in de technological industry. The first two decades in the Automotive sector, with international management positions at DAF Trucks and as managing director of tourist coach builder BOVA, followed by 15 years in the High-Tech Equipment industry as CEO of NTS-Group. He has retired from this position last August.

Next to his role as chairman of the Topsector HTSM, Marc holds several board memberships. Amongst these are positions of chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven and of AWL Techniek B.V. in Harderwijk.
